So my advice is when you buy your tickets, make sure you are not in a place where handicapped people are placed.
I feel like I spent that money for nothing. When I told one of the three they were blocking many people's view of the stage, the response was 'Oh Well.' No regard to anyone behind them. Upon being told by a few of us that they were blocking our view, they refused to sit. Their dancing blocked the view to the stage for many people. They did this to at least 2/3 of the concert. When the music started, the row of 'handicapped' people in front of me and many other concert goers, stood up and danced. What was not said online is that at the bottom of 115, at the rail, folding chairs are put in place for handicapped people.
